Union Metrics and Brandwatch are part of the same parent company Cision. In the past months, we have been investing in a new solution to manage your social media strategy end-to-end and give you access to world-class listening technology, with the world's leading social listening tool.
Today, this means better listening capabilities as well as the possibility to enhance your overall social strategy with a range of new technologies and services to turn your insights into action.
Until October 30, 2021, you will continue to have access to Union Metrics. During this time you will also be able to access Listen powered by Brandwatch and try out this enhanced product.
After October 30, 2021, you will no longer have access to your Union Metrics account and your access to Listen powered by Brandwatch will continue at no additional fee from what you are currently paying for your current subscription even though you will be getting several additional features and benefits.
If you feel you aren’t happy with the enhanced product, you can of course cancel your subscription at any time by emailing essentials@brandwatch.com.
